The CODE50 1×12 Guitar Combo Amp is Marshall’s introduction to digital modeling amps. The CODE50 is a 50-watt combo amp with a single custom 12-inch speaker, and it’s designed to emulate the legendary amplifiers that Marshall is known for. It contains 14 preamp models designed to give you all of your favorite Marshall tones, including the 1962 Bluesbreaker, the 1959SLP Plexi, the JCM800 2203, and the JCM2555 Silver Jubilee.
The Marshall CODE 50W includes four power amp models: EL34, 5881, EL84 and 6L6 MST. There are 8 speaker cabinet models: 1960, 1960V, 1960AX, 1960HW, 1936, 1936V, 1912 & 1974X. The Code50 also features 24 high-quality effects, including Compressor, Distortion, Auto Wah, Pitch Shifter, Chorus, Phaser, Flanger, and Delay. The CODE50 lets you string up to five effects at once.
On the top panel, the amplifier features a three-band EQ with Bass, Middle, and Treble controls. There are also Gain, Volume, and Master controls. In addition, there are also Preset and Edit rotary controls, along with several push-buttons for selecting or dialing in your tone. The Marshall CODE50W has 100 presets, an Aux input, a headphone output, a USB port, a jack for an external footswitch, and it is Bluetooth-enabled.
